What to Expect
Guided sessions designed to support deeper
understanding and stronger relationships
Couple-to-Couple Counselling with Bev & Vincent
Our sessions offer a couple-to-couple approach, where both of us work with both of you. This creates a balanced and supportive environment where each partner’s perspective can be heard and understood.
By working together, we bring our complementary skills and experiences into the room. Bev contributes her expertise in therapeutic counselling and relationship dynamics, while Vincent brings coaching, holistic perspectives, and psychosexual-informed approaches. This combination allows us to support couples both emotionally and practically.
Many couples find that having two facilitators helps create a more natural and relatable space. It can reduce concerns about bias or one partner feeling unheard, while allowing both partners to feel equally supported throughout the process.
Our role is not to take sides, but to help you understand one another more deeply, develop healthier patterns of communication, and strengthen the foundations of your relationship.
Each session is structured yet flexible, combining guided conversations, practical tools, and experiential exercises that you can take back into your everyday life.
Why Work with Us as a Couple?
Our work is unique because we offer couple-to-couple counselling and coaching, where both of us work with both of you. This creates a balanced and dynamic environment where each partner’s voice can be heard and supported.
Together we bring complementary skills and perspectives into the session. Bev offers therapeutic counselling expertise and experience in relationship dynamics, while Vincent brings coaching, holistic approaches, and psychosexual-informed support. This combination allows us to work with couples in a way that is both emotionally supportive and practically focused.
Many couples find it helpful to have two facilitators in the room, as it can create a greater sense of balance and reduce concerns about bias or one partner feeling unheard. It also allows us to offer different perspectives and guide conversations in a way that supports both individuals and the relationship as a whole.
Alongside our professional training, we also bring our own lived experience of being in a long-term relationship, which helps us understand the realities of navigating challenges, communication differences, and personal growth within a partnership.
Our aim is to create a safe, compassionate and structured space where couples can explore difficulties openly, develop new ways of relating, and build a stronger and more fulfilling relationship.
