About Us

Supporting individuals and couples with understanding, compassion, and experience

We are passionate about supporting individuals and couples to develop greater self-awareness, strengthen their relationships, and create meaningful change in their lives.

Our work combines counselling, coaching, and psychoeducation to help people better understand themselves and their patterns in relationships. We believe that when people gain deeper insight into themselves, they are better able to build healthier, more fulfilling connections with others. Bev is qualified in counselling working with couples and individuals. Vincent is qualified in Life Coaching, with couples and individuals and Psychosexual Informed Therapy. This is a blend of self-development, counselling and practical coaching sessions.

We have been together for eleven years. Before meeting, we had both been on our own individual journeys, navigating life, relationships, and questioning what gives life meaning. When we first met, there was an immediate connection and a strong sense of energy between us. Like many couples, however, sharing a life together has brought both joy and challenges. Through these experiences we have had to apply the same relationship tools and skills that we now share with our clients.

These personal experiences, combined with our professional training, allow us to bring both understanding and practical guidance to the work we do.

Bev and Vincent

Bev – Therapeutic Counsellor (Individuals & Couples)

I am a qualified Therapeutic Counsellor working with individuals and couples. My work focuses on helping people develop deeper self-awareness, improve communication, and build healthier relationships.

I am trained in the Gottman Method and am a certified Leader Guide for The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work programme. I have also completed specialist couples training with Juliette Grayson, strengthening my skills in supporting partners to reconnect, rebuild trust, and navigate relationship challenges.

I specialise in working with neurodiverse individuals and couples, bringing both professional knowledge and personal understanding to my work. As a neurodiversity-informed therapist, I aim to create a space where clients feel understood, respected, and supported.

I believe that with compassion, curiosity and the right tools, meaningful change and stronger relationships are always possible.

Vincent – Integrative Life & Health Coach / Psychosexual Informed Therapist

I am an Integrative Life and Health Coach and Holistic Therapist with a professional background in healthcare as a pharmacist. This experience has given me a strong understanding of the connection between physical and emotional wellbeing, which now informs my holistic approach to supporting clients.

I have trained in couples therapy with the Gottman Institute and am also
qualified in Psychosexual Informed Therapy, supporting individuals and couples
in exploring communication, intimacy, and relationship dynamics.

My work also draws on mindfulness and Buddhist psychology, helping clients
develop greater awareness, balance and compassion in their lives and
relationships.

Working Together

Alongside our individual work, we offer couple-to-couple counselling and coaching sessions. Our collaborative approach brings together our complementary skills, creating a balanced and supportive space where couples can explore challenges, strengthen their connection, and develop healthier ways of relating.

Together we aim to provide a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental environment where individuals and couples can feel supported in creating meaningful and lasting change.
