Individual Counselling
Individual therapy focuses on you—your experiences, challenges and personal patterns. We support clients with issues such as anxiety, stress, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, life transitions and emotional wellbeing.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy provides a structured and supportive space to improve communication, understand relationship patterns, rebuild trust, and strengthen your connection. Using the Gottman Method and ACT, we help couples develop healthier and more fulfilling ways of relating.
We offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can explore what matters most and move towards the life and relationships you want.
Our Approach
Alongside our professional training, we bring personal experience and insight into relationships. We have been together for eleven years, and like many couples, our relationship has included both joy and challenges. Before meeting, we each had our own journeys navigating life, relationships, and searching for meaning.
Our relationship has taught us that connection requires curiosity, openness, and a willingness to grow. We have used many of the same tools and approaches we now share with clients to navigate life together.
As qualified therapists, we offer a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences openly. Our work is collaborative, respectful, and focused on supporting you to develop a deeper understanding of yourself—and where relevant, your relationship.
